• High Density Polyethylene product cavities.
• Stainless steel construction.
• Production throughput 4,080 kebabs/hour.
• Power requirements -- 220 volts single phase and 100psi pneumatic line (6.8 bar) @ 15 CFM.

• Length = 11.5 feet (3.51 m); 18 feet (5.48 m) with available extension.
• Width = 4.84 feet (1.48 m).
• Height = 6.58 feet (2 m).

• Multiple cavity configurations accommodating different foods (meat, vegetables, cheese, fruit, etc.).
• Waterproof system for easy cleanup and sanitation.
