AFS uses a unique and patented skewer technology to produce ready-to-eat skewered food products at high speeds and high outputs with maximum reliability and minimal labor. Using custom molds and finely tuned insertion pressures, each skewer is guided through the center of the food with maximum accuracy and efficiency for the highest quality end product.
FLEXIBILITY & VARIETY
Our product molds are custom-designed for the highest level of precision in production. Prototypes are crafted using modern 3D printing methods according to your precise specifications. Each product mold can be replaced individually, and changing product molds is quick and easy.
We can put a stick in anything you want. AFS systems can accommodate round and flat skewers for grilled and minced meats, poultry, cheese, fish, vegetables and fruits, chocolate, candy, or just about any other delicious convenience foods.
ON-TARGET OUTPUTS
Freely adjust your cycle times to meet your production plan reliably. Our skewering systems are manufactured in Texas, USA, and are used by high-volume skewer product manufacturers around the world. Our systems are robust, durable, easy to clean and service, and built for heavy duty applications. Our patented skewering system guarantees optimal output at a standard of 4,080 skewers per hour, up to 7,200.
EXPAND YOUR OPERATION
Our modular systems are fully expandable to meet your ever-changing production needs. AFS skewer systems and intelligent touch screen control technology can be upgraded with extensions such as automated loading and unloading, or clean in place modules. Our systems are reliable, flexible, simple, and scaleable.

We start with your hand-made product, and build a cavity that will accurately reproduce it within our automated system. We use 3D printing technology to quickly produce a prototype, test, and verify, before we begin work on your system.
